Do you provide insurance for damage?
We are well insured. If a accident were to happen, our supervisor will be notified immediately. We will make every effort to repair or have the item replaced as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept approved Checks, ACH payments, Debit cards, and Credit cards.
What do I do if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
Please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will give you a call 2 days before your appointment to remind you of your appointment.

Do I provide the supplies for Cleaning?
No. Our team will come prepared with all the supplies needed to do the job. If you wish for us to use your products or supplies. Please feel free to let us know in advance.

How do I know I can trust you in my home?
Our Cleaning staff are bonded, insured, and regularly supervised.
Do I need to be home when the cleaning team comes to clean?
You do not have to be at home. You can leave your key with our staff that will be cleaning your home that day. We will make sure that only the cleaning staff will have access to your home. If in any way you don’t feel safe leaving your key, we will make a special arrangement to accommodate your specific requirement.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service?
We believe in customer satisfaction. Please feel free to call us and we will immediately resolve the issue.
Do the employees who work with your cleaning service have background checks?
Yes. We will make sure all employees have a background check. We make sure our employees have references and a stable work history.
What about tipping?
We leave that up to you. Tips are not expected, but they are always appreciated!
