Hoot & Doug Cleaning Policies
To protect our clients and company, please read Terms and Policies.
We are a quality professional cleaning service that is fully insured and bonded.
Cancellations
We understand there may be times when you have a change of plans. Please provide at least 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel.
Payment for Services
All payments for cleaning services is due in full at the time of service. We accept approved Checks, ACH payments, Debit cards, and Credit Cards. A $25.00 fee is applied to all return checks.
Refund
If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to reclean the area. If at that point you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund.
Extra services
If you need extra services, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Keys
If you find it necessary to be away during a schedule cleaning, please provide a key, or a key must be left in a place where our cleaning staff has easy access to. If we arrive to clean and there is no key, a fee of $35.00 will be charged to your next cleaning service. Please deactivate your security alarm prior to each scheduled visit.
Pets
Please secure all pets inside and outside of your home. Our cleaning staff is not responsible for cleaning up after pets.
Equipment and Supplies
We provide all equipment and supplies. If you have any special product you want us to use, please feel free to let us know.
Referrals
We believe word of mouth is the most effective method of advertising. If you are happy with our services, please tell a friend. We offer $15.00 off your next cleaning after the person that was referred has had their home or office cleaned.
Accidents
Accidents can happen. If an incident does happen, please report it promptly and we will file a claim with our insurance company.
